Ms. Mulla Ali serves as Senior Legal Advisor — PPP, Infrastructure and Transaction Advisory and is a Kuwaiti-qualified attorney specializing in public-private partnerships (PPP), infrastructure transactions, and regulatory advisory in Kuwait. She has significant experience advising on complex public sector projects, investment structures, and large-scale infrastructure developments within Kuwait's PPP framework.
Prior to joining private practice, Ms. Mulla Ali served as Senior Legal Advisor at the Kuwait Authority for Partnership Projects (KAPP), where she worked on several major PPP infrastructure and investment projects, advising on the legal structuring of public-private partnership models, project agreements, procurement procedures, and regulatory compliance. In private practice, she advises public institutions, investors, and private sector clients on PPP projects, infrastructure transactions, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance under Kuwaiti law. She is also registered as an international arbitrator with the Kuwait Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
