Mr. Alhendawy is a Senior Legal Advisor with over 14 years of experience in public law, administrative litigation, and legislative drafting. He has extensive experience advising government institutions and public authorities on complex legal and regulatory matters, particularly in relation to administrative law, public sector governance, and regulatory compliance.
Mr. Alhendawy previously served as Vice President of the Egyptian State Council, where he was responsible for reviewing and drafting legislation and regulations, as well as issuing legal opinions to ministries and governmental entities to ensure compliance with constitutional and legal frameworks. His work included preparing legal reports and opinions in administrative and investment-related disputes, particularly in matters relating to public procurement, administrative contracts, and the judicial review of administrative decisions.
In addition, Mr. Alhendawy has held senior advisory positions within governmental institutions, including serving as Secretary-General of Dar Al-Ifta Egypt and as legal advisor to several public sector bodies, advising on legislative reforms, international agreements, regulatory frameworks, and institutional governance matters.
